Production Time
Products verified in-stock will be shipped out for delivery within 3 - 7
business days after processing your order and verifying the credit card and
delivery information you have supplied. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks or more for
delivery of out-of-stock products. We will inform you if an item is on back
order or out of stock. |
Packaging
Most products are packed in a 2-piece gift box. Large items are
packed in corrugated boxing for protection. |
Shipping
We ship most orders via UPS and Federal Express. NO COD's accepted. Full
payment must be made at the time of ordering. |
Returns
This site has a
No Return policy
due to the nature of the items.
The No Return policy is
strictly enforced for items that are imprinted or personalized. For items
that are not imprinted or personalized, exceptions will be made only if the
manufacturer ships out a wrong item. In such cases, only an equal exchange
is offered; no refunds will be allowed. |

personalization is available in only for volume orders of certain

Volume Corporate Orders
For corporate logs etc, Camera-ready
art (black and white) must be provided via mail for logos and logotypes.
Photocopies and fax copies are not acceptable for artwork. Artwork will not
be returned. Artwork is also acceptable via E-mail in .jpg format.
Please make sure file sizes are optimized when sending via email.
